Rob, the head brewer at Dangerous Man, and I decided we
had so much fun using tea in our collaboration brew for In
Cahoots, that we wanted to do another tea beer and take
it a step further. This time around, we worked with the
folks at Tea Source to create a unique tea blend for each of
our respective breweries, then designed a beer around
what would work. We decided that a rich Amber Ale
would provide a harmonious backdrop for both of our tea
blends.
