Purée is our series of sour beers aged in oak barrels on Oregon Specialty Fruit purées. This version utilizes boysenberry purée to boast beautiful jammy flavors backed by an oaky dryness. We recommend stemmed glassware, but the color of this beer allows for enjoyable sipping from double-stacked styrofoam cups as well.
