A Dark Salted Sour? Sounds crazy but this kettle sour is twice fermented with a FRBC Brewhouse Wild Yeast strain and then finished with an American Ale Yeast. There is a lot going after the fermentation when this sour beer is liberally dosed with floral Fresno Peppers, fresh Lime Zest and Hawaiian Black Lava Sea Salt that gives this beer its deep color and the Hawaiian volcano name.
