When beer meets margarita…this salty, tart wheat beer is very reminiscent of a grapefruit margarita. A simple grain bill of pale malt and white wheat gives this kettle sour a nice body; yet, it is very light and refreshing. After the kettle souring process, we added pure pink Himalayan sea salt to the boil. Post fermentation we added loads of natural Ruby Grapefruit puree for some additional tartness and mild bitterness. As a result this light, crushable kettle sour will slightly pucker your lips, as the grapefruit flavor leads to a salty aftertaste. 5.4% ABV
