Chop Shop tastes like that one weird scene in Gone In 60 Seconds where they listen to Low Rider, but better. To make up for the lack of Nic Cage we decided to triple dry hop it and add a non-metric, non-literal ton of Citra hops. This beer totally makes up for our inability to afford a sweet, sweet Art Car.
