The Kindler is brewed in the spring to coincide with the valley-wide re-kindling of a desire to get back out on the trails & into the water. A traditional American Pale, it is deliberately designed to impart a more refreshing than bitter hop character, undergoing eight hop additions to bring it right to the top of the pale ale scale at 48 IBUs, while maintaining a distinctly citrus hop finish.
