A Dampfbier (German for Steam Beer) style ale, Popping Off is an all-barley ale, fermented at high temperatures with Bavarian Weissbier yeast which gives it a slightly phenolic aftertaste. It is medium-bodied, mildly hopped, low in carbonation and incredibly easy to enjoy.
