Hail the Fjolk represents GrassLands' first go at a big ass beer. It also pays homage to our good friends' Norwegian heritage with procedures domestic to Norwegian brewing (smoking grains, use of spices, etc.). Hail the Fjolk is big at 13% ABV, but smooth. We thought it needed immediate aging...yeah, nope. Heavily malt forward with tons of chocolate, complemented by hazelnut and other spices - you'll be ready to pillage & plunder when you're through with this sucker. Skål!
