The Saison Series explores the depth and creative boundaries of the vast and changing saison category. This series ages saison on wine barrels and experiments with unique yeast strains. Q2 2017 was aged in Pinot Noir barrels with Brettanomyces developing tropical fruit and soft wine notes.
