A light bodied beer. Grainy, with notes of tart berry. Hopped with noble varieties and fermented using a German ale yeast. Our recipe is 45% oat malt, 20% pale wheat malt, and the remainder pale ale barley malt. We brew ours using a a traditional 6-step mash.
