This is one of our Brewmaster’s favorites and was originally a part of our Pink Floyd series we started in late 2015. You'll pick up rich complexity of fruity esters, bready malt and a hint of sweet alcohol. We added tart cherries during fermentation to represent the somewhat sour themes in the album. As the album fades out at it’s end in the same way it begins, this beer finishes dry, leaving you wanting another sip and start again. "There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark."
