PorterCulture is our interpretation of a Baltic style Porter. The malt profile, based around German Pilsner and Munich with additions of Dehusked Carafa and Chocolate Wheat, is rich with flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, toasted bread and just a tiny hint of roast. We dialed the hop profile back allow for all of the malts to shine through. Fermented with our house lager yeast strain the beer has a robust, malty start with clean and crisp, lager-esque finish.
