Finally, a sessionable sour beer you can have with breakfast! We started with a Berliner Weiss base, made using traditional lactic fermentation and “raw” no boil methods. We then added a generous helping of blood orange puree and cranberry juice for added complexity. Tart, juicy, and approachable.
