Directionally Challenged is a Southeast IPA (as we, along with Ass Clown Brewing Company, are calling it) that you want to get your hands on! It’s basically a NE IPA but uses flaked corn (similar to grits) instead of wheat and oats to give it a “southern” twist, making it a SE IPA, plus a lower ABV (5.5%) for the hot summer drinking. It was also hopped with 7 lbs per barrel (Simcoe, Mosaic, El Dorado and Eureka) — the most hops per barrel we’ve ever brewed with!
