
Make Hay is a Saison crafted with Pilsner Malt, Ballad malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Rye, and Acidulated Malt. A primary fermentation with authentic Belgian farmhouse yeast then several months of maturation in oak with our house wild yeast blend imparts notes of white pepper, tangerine, dry hay, and farm-like funk to this strong but delicate ale. Make Hay is fermented and aged in oak barrels for several months and then bottle conditioned.
