Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailLab Coat Series: Sour Pale Ale

Part of our mission at Hamburg Brewing is to have a good time while brewing which is why we’re encouraging our brewers to bring their wildest flavor ideas to life in new experimental one-off batches called the Lab Coat Series. The first release is a Sour Pale Ale comprised of lemon, melon, and pear flavors with a light hop dosage to balance out acidity.
