Saison made with fresh ginger and black peppercorns. Pours a pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus, floral herbs and pilsner malt sweetness dominate. Refreshing, floral and crisp, the Hallertau hop character balances the pilsner malt well. The body is light with a slightly fruity start and crisp dry finish.
