Belgian Dubbel that is a deep mahogany red and maintains a big fluffy tan head. Complex fruit aromas are layered with caramel, toffee and a hint of licorice and chocolate. It is a big, rich, abbey-style ale that dries out nicely. The high level of carbonation provides a prickly and somewhat dry alcohol finish.
