
This doppelbock style lager was made with over 60% beechwood smoked malt and noble hops, then aged in Bourbon, Tenessee whiskey, and rye whiskey barrels. After aging for 8 months at lager temperatures, we were left with a rich, malty, delicately smokey rauchbock with subtle hints of oak and whiskey, and a clean, rounded finish.
