The Filly is our unfiltered, fluffy-headed Belgian witbier (AKA: white ale). Coriander and a blend of three different citrus peels—lemon, orange and grapefruit—combine to create a bright, earthy tapestry of flavors delivered via a beer that coats the taste-buds while offering refreshing effervescence. The Filly rides into our tasting room during the warmer spring and summer months.
