A Kölsch is a light bodied and straw colored German beer. This style is brewed to be easy drinking, perfect for hot summer days on the Crystal Coast. Crafted with Pilsner and a light hand of Vienna malts, along with a minimal addition of hops, you won't get much character from these ingredients. Instead, you'll find a light apple/pear-Riesling like character produced by the yeast, forming an excellent, easy drinking pint.
