This is our Belgian Dark Strong (or Belgian Quad if you prefer) that was aged in Rum barrels for about a year. Being a Belgian beer, there is the great fruity yeast character that sets Belgian beer apart from others. This beer has flavors of rum, dark fruit, raisin, prunes. There is some sweetness to it as it is not highly hopped, but it is smooth and drinkable.
