We have long nourished a dream to make an all-Norwegian beer. We already had Norwegian barley- and wheat malts, so all we needed was a little something to give it our very own special taste. Well, we did as we usually do in such cases and sent our boss into the woods to gather desirable ingredients with orders not to return until he had a full bag. He returned with spruce shoots and bog myrtle. Our Norwegian yeast (that we call kveik) is from Sigmund in Voss
