Proper Modulation is a Belgian-style saison. Quite aromatic, with fruit and spicy esters reminiscent of citrus fruits and black pepper. Hop characters in this beer are low, but perceptible, and are floral, and mildly earthy. A soft, spicy alcohol note finishes off the sip with a slightly higher carbonation level.
