Here we celebrate spring at Exit 12, a place where many German immigrants settled in the 19th and 20th centuries. German beer cultur always celebrates the season with a Maibock – a beer that balances the richness of winter beers with the lightness of warmer weather offerings. Our version is a rich, full-bodied straw colored lager showcasing pilsner malt and German noble hops. Malt flavors and aromas predominate while the hops add spicy overtones, but little bitterness.
