Our Bourbon Street® Whiskey Sour Pale is bourbon barrel-aged and based on the classic Whiskey Sour cocktail. It is brewed with plenty of pale ale malt for a sweet and malty flavor. After fermentation and first aging, the beer ages for two months in small batch bourbon barrels to absorb the flavors from the barrels. Then real lemons are added to balance the sweetness of the malt. This pale ale has the flavors of refreshing citrus and warm bourbon, just like a well-made Whiskey Sour.
