Our brewer Will described this as “a light amber ale with a malty backbone and the classic NW hop profile.” We stopped listening after malty backbone. Two words that shouldn’t go together, right? (Wait, Milk Duds kind of have a malty backbone!) It turns out it just means that the delicious malty goodness comes through, supporting the dry hoppiness of the Willamette hops.
