A New World Pilsner, where we have taken a standard European style Pilsner, along with traditional ingredients, including Chateu de Pilsen malt and noble Spalt hops, and added Australian Melba and American Eureka hops late during fermentation to give this beer a mild stone-fruit and citrus aroma to accommodate its delicate malt balance and gentle bitterness.
