Bottle-conditioned sour ale brewed with loaves of house rye bread, sliced & toasted in our brick oven. The bread was sour-mashed overnight, before adding rye and barley from our friends at Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana. Boiled with caraway seeds and fermented with our rye sourdough culture.
