This Collaboration 2016 release is a Doppelbock Ale based on Urban Chestnut’s Doppelbock and using Ommegang’s Belgian house yeast. Urban Chestnut will also brew a version of Ommegang’s Belgian-style dubbel using their signature house lager yeast.
