Our Space Toad, named for the Galaxy hop, is full of notes of mango and passionfruit. Galaxy has rapidly become the most recognized Australian hop variety. Its reputation comes from the distinct character it brings to a beer. This occasional IPA is light and very easy drinking thanks to the sole use of Galaxy hops.
