A tart blueberry wild ale. 1,000 pounds of Michigan grown blueberries (1 lb per gallon!) fermented with Brettanomyces lambicus and our house lactobacillus culture for a nice tart character and funky finish. Light, dry, blueberry aroma and flavor balanced with a wheaty pie-crust like flavor reminiscent of blueberry crumble.
