Our Gooseberry Gose is a hazy straw color with a creamy white head. Soft coriander notes and tart acidity dominate the nose, with hints of salinity. The mouthfeel is effervescent, yet remains typically full-bodied for wheat beers. The flavor is tart and slightly salty with a pleasant acidity, rounded out by a mild cereal grain undertone from the German pilsner malt. Overall, a traditional German-style Gose with nice tartness and hints of coriander and salt to round out the beer, with a generous addition of gooseberries to up the pucker factor.
