This medium-bodied Marzen / Oktoberfest lager pays homage to not just the traditional German Oktoberfest celebration, but also celebrates an end to the dog days of summer, when both cooler weather & cold beer are welcomed with open arms. Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, Chrystal, Mild & Pale Chocolate malts are the showcased backbone in this brew. The Northern Brewer hops provide a restrained bitterness of 26 IBU’s, which allows for the malts to shine all the way through.
