For this Belgian inspired sour brown ale, we used Trappist Yeast to create an Abbey Brown ale and then let it agein 35 year Orloroso Sherry Casks along with Lactobacillus. The result is a very tart Belgian ale with notes of carmel, dark fruit, spice and oak in the finish.
