Coney Island on Lake Waconia has had a storied history. Formally known as Paradise Island, many interesting things happened there over the years. We decided to use all "Island" hops in this beer with all have interesting flavor & aroma qualities. This unfiltered DIPA has high carbonation to let the aromas shine. At 9.8% ABV, this beer is big, both in alcohol and flavor. The bone dry finish leaves you wanting another sip. The flavors & aromas are complex and ever changing. Expect tropical flavors & aromas with big orange, pineapple & passion fruit juicy tones and don't forget the strong bitter and boozy finish.
