Made with fresh Jalepeno, Habenero and Serrano peppers this beer packs a spicy kick. The peppers are added to the boil kettle and into the fermentation tanks at a rate of one pound of peppers per barrel (31 gallons) of beer. This is a great pairing with ribs or other hearty foods where you need a little kick.
