This French-style ale presents aromas of lightly toasted malts, the distinctive spicy fruit esters of farmhouse yeast, and very subtle hops. It is deep gold in color and medium bodied with light malt sweetness, finishing dry to quench a farmer’s thirst.
Each year, Ladyface offers a local homebrewer the opportunity to enter the GABF Pro-Am category. The Best of Show winner at the Maltose Falcons’ Mayfaire Homebrew Competition brews their winning beer at Ladyface. This recipe comes to us from Nick Corona (Home)Brewing.
