The Cascade, Nugget, and Chinook hops harvested at the peak of freshness made it from vine to kettle in 24 hours. The fresh hops produce a mild bitterness, with excellent hop flavor and aroma, that pairs perfectly with an equally complex maltiness. The end result is a truly exceptional well-balanced beer.
