We added 150lbs of pumpkin to the mash, as well as cinnamon, all-spice, and nutmeg to the boil. It was then aged in Breckenridge Distillery Bourbon barrels for 12 months, giving a distinct bourbon and vanilla warmth with additional woody accents, mellowing out the apparent strength of spices. This combination of sweetness and spice will be the perfect compliment to any fall or winter day.
