Formerly known as "hop juice", this IPA has been fermented with a peachy, stone-fruit heavy yeast strain that complements the melon and candy-like notes of El Dorado hops. Citra and Azacca bring in a layer of tropical fruit and rounds out the citrusy character. Low bitterness and emphasis on flavor and aroma additions, along with high protein adjuncts like flaked oats give the mouthfeel a juicy texture.
