Brewed with malts of Haus Malts Pilsner and triticale, a wheat-rye hybrid first bred in laboratories during the late 19th century in Scotland and Germany. Hopped with ADHA-484 hops, which offer an aroma of woody cedar, bubblegum, and spice, and fermented with a traditional farmhouse yeast strain. A nose of lemon and hay and a classic taste that's dry and crisp with a bit of yeasty spice that offers a slightly bitter finish make this an easygoing, well-balanced saison for the summer that you'll return to again and again.
