We love our city and we love the places that keep the culture alive here. Our owner Brad Shell is known for his fondness of a great dive bar and none shows that more than our towns Thirsty Beaver. When we all decided to do a collab we wanted to keep the recipe as down-home, pickleback, jukebox, pool table, lager as possible. We brewed this beer with old school high country barley, flaked rice, old world hops and water from the cool mountain streams of Mecklenburg. Because if you have to be dedicated to something be dedicated to the beaver!
