This Belgian-style Wit is carefully crafted to be both complex and refreshing. The delicate, floral aromas created during fermentation are further accentuated by subtle blends of citrus peel and the finest Indian coriander. MALT: Wheat, Pale HOPS: Magnum SPICES: Orange Peel, Coriander A true representation of the wonders a few local ingredients can do for a beer’s character. Instead of the raw wheat typically used by Belgian brewers, we use Indian Rolled wheat and complement it with fresh coriander seeds from the Himalayas. A complex beer that is both aromatic and refreshing.
