"The Shaggy Farm Dog" may be flea bitten and mangy, but he's one happy, loveable mutt. This mutt of an ale incorporates five different types of hops. Idaho-7, Cascade, Centennial, Falconer's Flight and Comet provide the very pronounced hop bitterness, while a healthy dose of Comet and Falconer's Flight hops were used for aroma. At 93 IBU's "The Shaggy Farm Dog" is aggressive at first, but once you're acquainted, he'll nuzzle up to you with a soft 5.1% a.b.v.
