A delicate and refreshing ale brewed with local organic malt and white wheat. We conditioned this beer with 450lbs of peaches, 75lbs blueberries, and 80lbs of strawberries from Adam’s Berry Farm in Charlotte, VT. Lightly soured with wild Lactobacillus Bacteria for a quenching finish.
