Our take on a traditional Belgian Dubbel, this dark, rich ale with deep Belgian roots is produced using our house Belgian yeast coupled with Special B malts and dark Belgian candy sugar. This makes for a wonderful full bodied brew enjoyable year round. Our first Tap-Room only release. Named for an act which (questionably) had elk and horses diving off a platform straight into the Ludlow Lagoon. A favorite attraction of the time.
