Brewed with some of the ingredients commonly found in mole sauces, this stout is made with cocoa, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper and three types of dried peppers. This beer leans to the more chocolate side of the flavor spectrum with a very up front cocoa note. The spices and chiles add complexity and a mild heat.
