Our new House Bier is a Helles Lager, a crisp cool-weather beer featuring one of the most elegant and rare of the noble hops, Hallertauer Mittelfruh. With a six week lagering schedule, this special beer takes time to be just right. A light oaking offers hints of additional depth and complexity.
