(Rye Barrel Aged Rock Dodger Double IPA With Mango) Our Rock Dodger is already a hot fruity mess. We racked our fully dry-hopped Rock Dodger Double IPA into rye whiskey barrels over a mound of diced mangoes. The base beer has a blend of hops including Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe, resulting in a fruit-forward double IPA. The mangoes further accentuate the existing tropical fruit flavors of the base beer and are balanced by the bracing heat from the rye barrels, creating an irresistible finish. The result is nothing short of magnificent. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
